31/01/1976 : USA v Australia In 1976 the USA Rugby Football Union was formed.
Offered here is a rare opportunity to own a piece of USA rugby history. This is a ticket to the first international rugby match of the newly formed USARFU.
The match took place in Anaheim, CA (home of Disneyland) and featured the USA Eagles vs. Australia. The Eagles lost 12-24.

Whilst this was the first time the two teams met under the banner of the USARFU it was actually the second time the two nations had met in the test arena.
On 16th November 1912 the USA played Australia in Berkley, California. The score then was 8-12 to Australia.
